Description

      AT9701 is a 100 milliohm on-resistance, which is used in USB-powered power switch circuits. The built-in charge pump boosts the NMOS power tube, and when in the off state, the reverse conducting current of the switch is eliminated by the parasitic reverse body diode. Low static power consumption and small form factor are especially suitable for battery-powered portable devices. The protection circuit includes a soft-moving circuit that prevents inrush current during power-on, a 1.5A overcurrent protection circuit, a thermal shutdown circuit, and a short-circuit protection circuit.
